3.1 Providing the Platform. To create and manage your account, deliver the Platform's features and modules, process your subscription payments, and provide customer support.
3.2 Improving the Platform. To analyse usage patterns, identify technical issues, and develop new features. This analysis is conducted on aggregated, de-identified data wherever possible.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area, our legal bases for processing personal information are:
- Performance of a contract — processing necessary to provide the Platform services you have subscribed to.
- Legitimate interests — processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, including improving the Platform and preventing fraud, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent — where you have given explicit consent, such as for marketing communications.
- Legal obligation — where processing is required to comply with a legal obligation.
5. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your personal information to:
5.1 Service Providers. Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform, including Stripe (payment processing), GoHighLevel (CRM and marketing automation), and cloud hosting providers. These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
5.2 IAW Preferred Partners. Where you have engaged with or been referred by an IAW Preferred Partner, we may share your name, contact details, and subscription status with that partner. You will be notified of any such sharing at the time of engagement.
5.3 Legal Requirements. Where required by law, court order, or government authority, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of IAW, our members, or the public.
5.4 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of IAW's assets, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
6. Your Financial Planning Data
The financial figures you enter into the Platform (net worth, income, expenses, asset values, etc.) are stored locally in your browser using localStorage technology and are not transmitted to IAW's servers unless you explicitly use a sharing or export feature. This means:
- Your financial data remains on your device by default.
- IAW staff cannot access your individual financial planning data.
- If you clear your browser data or use a different device, your data will not be available unless you have used an export or backup feature.
We recommend you export and save your data regularly using the Platform's PDF export and JSON backup features.
7. Data Security
IAW implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include: HTTPS encryption for all data in transit; secure, access-controlled server infrastructure; regular security reviews and updates; and restricted internal access to personal information on a need-to-know basis.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we take all reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Platform's services. If you close your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or accounting purposes.
9. Your Rights

The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyse Platform usage. You may control cookie settings through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.
We use analytics tools to collect aggregated, de-identified data about Platform usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
11. International Data Transfers
